Jun 18, 2009 · My flowers were not delivered for two days and arrived after the funeral. My cousin's parents, children, and grandchildren, friends and other loved ones did not know I sent flowers. It looks as though I ignored my cousin's death. 1-800-flowers say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
