Jul 17, 2011 · We asked for a proper receipt and he said that is a receipt. I know that a dollar amount written on the back of a 13CABS card is definitely not a legitimate receipt. I called the complaints line and quoted the driver ID number, as well as the pick up address and time of the booking.
