Sep 21, 2016 · The contact owns a 1999 dodge grand caravan. While the vehicle was stationary, the instrument panel malfunctioned and all of the instrument panel functions stopped working. The contact stated that the instrument panel gauges operated intermittently, such as the fuel gauge and the odometer.
