I have ordered items with 1saleaday.com on several occasions and have never had a single major problem. The 1 time I did have a problem they refunded my order immediately. It is a cheap, discount website.

I promptly returned the unit which was tracked and delivered on the [redacted] of August. I sent several email to 1SaleADay in early September requesting when I would get my refund. 1SaleADay customer service sent me a email back indicating that the return process takes approximately 7-10 business from when the returned unit arrives.
