This 2003 model came with four wheel disk brakes as standard equipment (note: in 2004 Dodge went back to rear wheel drum brakes on the Stratus. Why?). Mine does not have ABS, but stops extremely well. I live in Wisconsin, and the car is fine for driving in snow with the proper tires.
