2003 ford explorer with same complaint that seems to be at the top of the list. Door chime stays on & doors won't lock. When you lock the doors they unlock immediately. Interior light stays on & chime stays on for an extended time. I gave up. I just lock the doors with my original keyless pad to make sure the doors stay locked.
