I purchased this 2006 VW Jetta tdi 1.9 turbo diesel new in 2006. After only 50K miles, VW dealership stated the turbo charger went bad and the warranty was initially refused stating it was improper oil used. This was disproved with receipts and still charged $500 of a $2300 bill.

I was getting a big knock coming from the engine bay, When I was speeding the knocking was getting louder and faster. I drove straight to the dealer and left It there. Thank god It was still under warranty at the time. They had to change the whole clutch and flywheel.
