Dec 26, 2008 · He said he would be here today to fix it but there still no hot water and now hes not answering his phone. he doesn't work on weekends so two more days i will be without heat or hot water. I called 311 and they took my complaint saying that they can't say when someone will be able to come to the building but they ll call in 72 hours.
