Aug 19, 2011 · ABF/U-Pack will not refund my $500 down payment on the move claiming that the $500 is the charge for moving from my house to their terminal - 4 miles away. Yes, $125/mile!!! U-Pack's Supervisor claims I signed a contract agreeing to that. I never agreed to any such deal.

Mar 27, 2013 · ABF U-Pack Moving is just a bunch of liars! I used their services just once and they lied me about their terms and conditions and about the price - so in the end they overcharged me twice more than promised and never complete all services as we agreed. I tried to contact their manager but after I complained he just laughed in my face.
