I thought I was alone in thinking how… I thought I was alone in thinking how diabolical ABTA service is, then I read the reviews. I have filled in online requests twice, phoned only to be told my complaint was too difficult to answer and that I should wait the 28 days for a written response. 53 days later and a letter in the post to them and I'm still waiting.

May 16, 2018 · There were some issues with rooms, beds, restaurants, poor service etc, but the main complaint is the change of accomodation with no notice. I complained from Cuba & got no response, complained on arrival home, no response. Raised it with ABTA, contacted by Virgin, pointed to T&C's, £50 each compensation offer, declined
