Acanac promised to rectify the problem in 48, Acanac didn't; then Acanac promised it would be fixed within 3 - 5 days, Acanac didn't. We were never provided another telephone number despite many promises to do so. Acanac promised return calls from higher management, we have not received a call.

Jan 05, 2012 · Terrible customer service. When you call they give the run around, don't answer the question you ask in the emails, and refuse to transfer you a manager or supervisor when you ask. Previously I would recommend acanac but not anymore. Someone at acanac should be fired for this.
