Feb 25, 2014 · Aetna denied dental claim under the guise of my having used all out of network coverage. All dentists used were in network, until the one in which they denied. Appeal process worthless. Aetna knows customers have an uphill battle getting denials reversed. In my opinion, Aetna uses fraudulent advertising and fraudulently denies claims.4/5
