Jan 31, 2008 · When she calls Aetna to check up on this they say they need two days to find a fax. Then when they do find it the order takes 10 - 11 days to go through the mail. That is not good service. The patient is out of meds and has had to bother his doctor now to get 1-week supply prescriptions that he can fill at an outside pharmacy.Reviews: 73
