Aug 07, 2018 · The AGL complaints process should be followed before any complaint is lodged with the Ombudsman. It looks like you may have attempted Step 1 in this process, but it is also worth doing step 2 before Step 3 (which is the Ombudsman).

Mar 04, 2012 · Sorry for the long post but this is really frustrating for me. I have had a problem with AGL gas for the last 3-months. First they charged me (a 2 adult & 2 children household) close to $400 worth of gas for just a 1.5 month of usage in our first bill with AGL.
