I have booked on 17/02/20 to my gas to be connected on 21/02/2020 when I have moved house, on 21 the gas was not connected and calling the customer service they told me to call the company that does the connection. It is not my problem with the company that connects the gas, I have dealed with AGL and not with the other company.1.3/5(1.5K)

AGL should not build a gas terminal in Westernport Bay. AGL’s plan to build a gas import terminal in Westernport Bay will destroy essential wetlands, crucial for the creatures and plants which depend on them. I will boycott AGL if they go ahead with their dirty gas plan that could destroy some of Victoria’s most precious wetlands.

Very difficult to get the gas connected. While not AGL's direct problem there were a number of calls made to get this issue resolved. This happened when the problem was escalated. AGL needs to work with the distributor to get them to see that they need to work with people - rather than take a "we don't care approach, to customers.

Mar 04, 2012 · Sorry for the long post but this is really frustrating for me. I have had a problem with AGL gas for the last 3-months. First they charged me (a 2 adult & 2 children household) close to $400 worth of gas for just a 1.5 month of usage in our first bill with AGL.
