The loan officer's suggestion is either you provide the comparable data or go to another lender. Now I have shared this appraisal with Credit Union and they said the appraisal is fine without problems and willing to give me a loan. Run from Aimloan and stop wasting your time.

George - I am having lots of issues trying to refinance with AIM loan. All my paperwork and financials are in order. They just seem to be asking for stuff one document at a time. And finally with 4 days to go before the rate lock expires, she is asking me to pay .25points ($475) for extending the rate lock by 7 days ($750 if extending by 15 days).

Using Bankrate.com came across a company called Aimloan which seemed to offer the best rates. Anyone had any experience working with them and if so how was it? I came across a "satisfactory" BBB rating but there were 11 or so unresolved complaints.
