Aug 20, 2018 · You are right Air Asia will do well because of the large Asia population. Now I can add to Air Asia's record of poor service. First I was delayed by another airline and arrived late at the checkin counter to find that there was no staff, they had all gone to the boarding gate.

Also there is Nok Air, another budget carrier, very good. There is nothing wrong with Thai Air Asia, but for some Thai suits ( if I travel on business or need flexibility ) or Thai Air Asia or Nok Air if I just want A to B at the cheapest price.. Nok Air also have a Nok Plus for about $22 extra each way, 2 by 2 old style business class seating at front of plane, same budget service but extra room.
