We were told that we could not upgrade our seats till day of flight at checkin for flight to Shanghai to Beijing by Air China customer service after a 2 hour wait on phone. Air China clearly is not interested in Servicing the English speaking customers. When we got to Shanghai airport we were told we could not up grade our seats.2/5(173)

Please dont ever fly with Air China. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I paid for our seats online prior to leaving Canada and had to make some minor changes to our seat selection before we left and they still have yet to reimburse me 300 Canadian.3/10(48)

Air China is widely known for the worst customer service. I wanted to buy additional luggage but the website did not work, after having tried several customer service numbers I got through to a lady who said that I have to go earlier to the airport.
