May 30, 2018 · Avoid Air Transat! What you buy is not what you get. I recently purchased a 7 day package to Mexico from Vancouver. Less than 3 weeks before departure, Air Transat changed the flight times such that our holiday was changed from a 7 day package to a 6 day package.

I informed my travel agent about the issues and she contacted Air Transat directly. Air Transat contacted the hotel and the manager responded.

Glasgow Toronto oct 18 extorted by Air Transat for 100 UK pound . Bought an Air Transat return ticket Athens-Toronto via MyTrip. Did not include checked baggage (fortunately I noticed this before buying and paying).
