May 30, 2018 · Avoid Air Transat! What you buy is not what you get. I recently purchased a 7 day package to Mexico from Vancouver. Less than 3 weeks before departure, Air Transat changed the flight times such that our holiday was changed from a 7 day package to a 6 day package.

Glasgow Toronto oct 18 extorted by Air Transat for 100 UK pound . Now AT has smaller carry on dimensions then all others so your carry on probably will not be allowed .However mine was spec for their regs and under weight yet in Scotland they use a rigid medal cage you MUST put you carry on in and it is smaller than their posted dimensions.So what choice do you have pay up or no flight .Author: Airline Ratings

Dec 17, 2019 · I would like to post a more detailed complaint about Air Transat specifically to warn potential travellers of Air Transat's false advertising and misleading ads in their brochures and websites. I informed my travel agent about the issues and she contacted Air Transat directly. Air Transat contacted the hotel and the manager responded.

Mar 30, 2011 · If you are going to Europe let's say would you go with Air Transat, knowing it is cheaper than other airlines (i.e: Air Canada and other European Airlines)? What are your experiences with Air Transat? I have heard some horror stories from travellers flying Air Transat and people swearing never to fly it again even if it was free.

I usually fly Air Canada and have great experiences. I flew Air Transat in February 2017 to Cancun due to the low airfare. What a mistake! Terminal 3 at YYZ is a dump and I waited longer in the security line on a Saturday morning than 5pm at JFK or CDG. Air Transat employees are all miserable and unorganized.1.5/5(50)
