Customer Service not a priority. It took 5 phone calls to get a refund on a dryer vent that I did not need for a delivery. Constant excuses. Only a manager could refund, Manager on vacation, left message for manager, manager in a meeting on a Sunday and still did not call back after 3 hours, manager herself said she would call back tomorrow and never called.
