Cons. I wouldn’t recommend Akelius to none of my relatives nor friends. Lack of guidance communication and support from supervisors. Leadership skills from the managers are zero, if you put an idea or suggestion on the table it will not be taken in consideration and the managers will quickly become the judges by pointing fingers to you.3/5

I have contacted my local MP and they are involved in the situation and have formally written to Akelius. In my overall experience, Akelius staff have been very ineffective, rude and lazy in managing their properties and working with their tenants.
