Allegro Medical is to be avoided. As with many others who have complained, I ordered a product, my credit card was immediately charged, ten days later the order was still awaiting shipment. Buyer beware. Allegro Medical deliberately masks and suppresses it's return policy. Allegro Medical automatically declines returns a numerous items. On other items it imposes a re-stocking fee of up to 30%. On "non-returnable items" Allegro Medical buries a small disclaimer on the 2nd screen of the product description.
