Feb 25, 2013 · When arrived at the airport, my tickets were cancelled. American Airlines told me that the tickets that I paid $9k for we're "illegal" and that the are not allowed to be resold. Alpha flight guru is exploiting loyalty programs and they are a scam!!! I had to pay $12k at the airport because I had no flight.

I usually book directly with the airline so I do not have any experience here with Alpha Flight Guru.. But why would you want to add another layer between you and your flight?I know it seems cheaper but the question is whether their prices are live or not.

I am looking at flights with Alpha Flight Guru now and although they are offering me a great deal, I am concerned about the lack of information I can find. The GURU phoned me to book the flight, but there is no secure website to pay through and they want me to give my credit card details over the phone. No PayPal option either.

As both Alpha Flight Guru and Fly Luxury 4 Less have web sites and advertise their business and what they are doing I would have thought there would have been dozens of real "cautionary" tales of cancelled flights, "people doing their money cold" etc if airlines did not want to "put bums on seats".

I have used Alpha Flight Guru a number of times and never had any problems. They offered excellent price and great service. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. ... Alpha Guru tried to process the transaction, even after I authorized them not to.
