My partner and i booked a hotel with alpharooms, for a last minute for a trip to benidorm. They confirmed the booking so then we proceeded to book our flights and transfers etc. The day after they sent us an email saying the hotel we booked was not available on the dates we had chosen, saying their system must not have updated quickly enough.

Again I called Alpharooms, and was told that the refund hadn't been processed, so they would re-do it and it would be back in my account within 3-5 working days. Oct 22, 2019 · For the remaining 4 days i repeatedly called Alpharooms who claimed they couldn't phone me back (??) so i wasn't able to sort whilst i was out and had to pay double for breakfast out of the hotel. I emailed when I was back to be told that i needed to complain to a separate email address, which I did. This was on 16 Sept.

So guess what I did? Yep. Fired off a quick email to Alpharooms asking what the difference was and why the bus couldn’t go the other way and given the time of our flight why were we being picked up so early. Actually, even with allowing the hour and half for the journey it still got us there 3 hours before the flight!
