Oct 15, 2012 · Also Ambit Energy, as of our most recent bill, back charged us this kilowatt hour increase from 9/9/2009 all the way to 01/05/2010. This is probably illegal and is definitely immoral for Ambit Energy to break the contract between their company and the consumer by charging a higher kilowatt hourly rate via an underhanded business tactic.

“ I'm very disappointed on the service AMBIT Energy provides to its customers. Their representative have do not care about customers period. My bills increased almost $150-$175 more and left me paying over $200.00 every month for the last 4 months ! Everytime I called customer service they had no resolution but instead blamed me for the increase.
