May 16, 2005 · Lowe's very helpful sales rep called American Woodmark while I was standing right in front of him to confirm if the stain was a 1 or 2 part system. The American Woodmark customer service person stated that it was a 1 part system so I place the order.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and we chose American Woodmark cabinets. The quality was excellent and the customer service was outstanding. We had some minor trim damage during shipping and Woodmark promptly replaced the damaged items and kept the contractors on schedule.

I am reposting my thank you to all who responded to my inquiry because I'm not sure if the first one went through. I really appreciate all the info and will definitely look into the other suggested lines. I had chosen the all plywood line from American Woodmark because of being made in America and they said the wood was also American grown.

Jun 17, 2010 · My partner ordered American Woodmark cabinets through Lowe's in 2004. We didn't install the cabinets until 2006. Drawers were of poor quality and after complaining to Lowe's the mfg. sent out a rep. Laminate in drawers was poor and wearing through and drawer slides were garbage.
