The Ancestry.com website offers 2 memberships without a mention of the DNA test. I logged in to my membership only to find that the DNA kit is a separate purchase. When I called and spoke to a support service person, they said they couldn’t refund me any money because I had logged in.

It's included in a two page detailling of the terms YOU said YOU read before signing up. It's just about 18 pages short of the 20 pages YOU alleged.

Less than 2 weeks ago, after seeing a commercial for "Ancestry.com" I went to their website and accepted an offer for a FREE Trial Period.A few days before the trial period ended, I went online to cancel service.
