Etsy does not do anything to keep the sellers safe. You're not allowed to block anyone, you can't even block messages from certain people, you can't even put any sort of block from a bad customer constantly buying your items. Etsy tells you to just keep refunding them if they don't stop buying for you AFTER YOU AND ETSY TELL THEM TO STOP.

If your complaint is about this, Etsy will not get involved, if you leave a review about the delivery, the shop can ask to have it removed. Etsy does not remove your bad reviews, the shop has to request they be removed if they contain bad language, insults, lies. Only them will Etsy step in. Overall my experience of Etsy has been hugely positive.
