AON, the WORST! I am retired from AT&T and AON is supposed to process my medical and dental expenses that I submit for reimbursement. On many occasions, I will fax the proper documentation, my fax machine will notate that X pages went through but they dont process the paper work and claim they did not receive my fax and I end up re-faxing the VERY same pages again.
