Appliance world stored them for me for 3 months. We are now 3 years on and out of warranty. I have had a problem with one of the Siemens products and called Appliance World who have arranged to contribute towards the call out and arranged with Siemens a discount on the parts.

Since this unit was manufactured in 2007, there is no way of knowing ifthis unit had been handled improperly in the warehouse over the years causing thedamage.
