Oct 17, 2017 · Then we went for a drive to the mountains and set the alarm from the key fob and upon returning we found the fob would not set the alarm, we were gone the whole weekend with our house unprotected (third clue) we called APX/Vivnt and was told we need a extender installed in the garage (another 100.00).

APX ALARM and their system is not good! I used their services for a while and all what I've noticed was that they overcharged me several times for nothing but they never provided their services and improvements as promised. Even when my alarm was out of order, they overcharged me for the maintenance and ignored the warranty.
