My customer went to the depot to collect the parcel that had not been delivered and it was bedlam with other people driving to the depot to collect the parcels that had not been delivered. The reason there is no customer service is the people in Jordan do not care about your parcel and this explains why they were so rude and unhelpful.

I don't know how they can call themselves a courier company! Parcels are never delivered (or collected) on time, parcels sit in the warehouse for days when scheduled delivery dates have passed. Customer service cannot help and cannot tell you why! Aramex, as a whole, is in slow motion and by no means the definition of a speedy courier service.

Aramex does not have service on Sunday!. When I checked the status of the item on the aramex tracking portal; it says they attempted delivery at 6:45 PM and could not deliver as the address was incomplete!
