My experience with Arbor Day Foundation was a very bad one. Out of four Japanese maples that I purchased, none of them ever had a leaf come out. I think maybe because they were so small when they arrived and it was still too cold. I watered them for months until finally realizing they were dead. Other orders made were mixed up.

Arbor Day is celebrated on 4th Friday of April every year. In 2019, it is falling on the 26th of April. Arbor Day is a state holiday to promote planting in Nebraska only.
