Mar 28, 2017 · With our claim filed in 2016 we obtained an engineers report stating the roof was installed incorrectly. We have contacted Arbor Homes warrant, Arbor Homes Extended Warranty, Arbor Homes Registered Agent, and I have hired an attorney who also go the run around and spent 2000.00 for him. We dont have the funds to file in court and sue Arbor Homes.

We're happy with our home, but we're not happy with the lack of respect and lame people they hire to take care of the common areas. If you buy a house from Arbor Homes, read all reviews and make a non-emotional decision. Go in with your eyes-wide-open.
