Why am I being charged a second Debit fee. The manager (no name) of the morning said I was wrong. I have had this happen to me several times in the past with a few of those time getting the correct change. I have brought it to there attention leaving a copy of my receipt with them to check only to hear nothing back from the Arco Am/Pm store.
