The same is true for late payment fees so you should be able to reclaim these and the interest. As HP and catalogue debts are covered by the CCA74, they must also comply with the legislation.

Got an Argos card to buy a new phone for £699. That was in May 2018. Received a lump sum of money in December 2018 so paid card off in full, no problems at all. If you use it wisely and pay it off before 'interest free' period ends then it's a handy thing to have.

Today, Argos wasted my time waiting for delivery between 19:00 and 22:00 hours that never arrived. I contacted customer support via chat and a person ended chat halfway through the conversation. I then contacted Argos through Facebook messenger and was told that my delivery is on its way. It is 22:14 now and Argos delivery failed to arrive.
