I cancelled my gym membership in January. I was billed my last payment in February on the 15th. On the 18th of February I was billed again the same amount. When I called ASF, International they stated we don't know why you were overbilled we see that you have cancelled and should be refunded.

I too had a horrible experience with ASF, this time through 24/Seven Fitness. I experienced the same type of situation except ASF just went crazy debuting my account for fees, manual billing charges and even annual maintenance fees. While ASF is a scumbag, rip off, scam company, the associated gym, classes, etc., is just as much as fault.
