I ended up filing complaints with the BBB in Florida (ASI headquarters) and the NJ Insurance Regulatory Board. ASI's response to me via the BBB website was extremely weak- claimed they had no record of my complaint, blamed the entire scenario on their NJ agent, and instructed me to call their complaint hotline to further assist me.
