Aug 20, 2007 · I found Asiarooms really helpful. It helped me not only to book my room in Singapore Hotel at the last moment but also at the cheapest rates. The reviews of various hotels on its site helped me to choose my hotel easily in the country absolutely unknown to me. I would like to thank Asiarooms.com for making my trip absolutely wonderful.

This is an update on my complaint. I finally received a call from Agoda on December 20 2011. After some argument concerning the cancellation charges, the person on the line (Leong) agreed to give a full refund of the 1 night stay. He also offered a 10% discount for my next booking with Agoda.

Your booking has been canceled because there are no more rooms available at the internet rate. The cost of the booking was not charged to your credit card, only blocked.

Even with some people having good experiences, due to the number of complaints about asiarooms.com I would never use them. In my experience, they have not offered the best price anyway. asiabesthotel.com for Singapore is good according to reports and my experience. Quick answer to inquiries, good rates.
