And this is why the customers start screaming in frustration. First of all I just want to say that my issues are more with the Work at Home Directv program than with Asurion as a company. They are not a bad company. Neither is Directv but their customer service guidelines have got to be changed.5/5

Asurion is Terrible and should be shut down. Asurion gave the the worst costumer service I’ve had in my entire life. I was trying to make a claim and not a single employee knew what to do. They transferred me between 6 different agents that asked me the same questions every tome. The last agent hung up on me. I would give 0 stars if possible.

That should give you a good idea how backwards Asurion is. Also, you CONSTANTLY have to lie to the customers. All the time. They can’t outright tell you to lie, but they have crafty ways of saying it. At Asurion, you are not a human being. Management only cares about metrics, but they fail to recognize the most important metrics in any business. Morale,and employee retention.
