AT&T Wireless? Only if you like to wait on hold and argue. 5 calls and all the hold time to resolve a simple issue. Several super nice associates, but most are bogged down by the same corporate disfunction that I find makes it unbelievably difficult for me to want to remain a customer of theirs.

A manager over her said never pass clients to me about their complaints even though it is my job. Only pass them to me if they are purchasing a plan and how we can upgrade and getmore money.
