Apr 22, 2017 · This is not good customer service at all and I believe it needs to be escalated to the Better Business Bureau. It is very unbecoming to have to deal with such lack of good customer service. AT&T needs to really upgrade their honesty and integrity because as I can see they do not have any with the amount of people complaining about the same issue.

For what ever reason. They didn't have the account on file. I was told by customer service that I need to drive to a ATT store to make an appointment. That didn't make sense to me. I go to the store.
