Long time AT&T customer since the launch of the iphone. Paid around $2 0 0 a month for all these years (12 years of service!) Just cancelled service from AT&T on Nov 18, 2019. At&T tells me they have changed their policy and do not allow pro-rating of bills. So now having to pay from Nov 18-Dec 1 when I didn't even have service.

I've spend several hours and talked to no less than 122 AT & T employees and I still don't have it put to bed. If there was another provider that could get DSL I'd be gone in a heartbeat.
