Over the last few weeks, they have repeatedly lied about why our appointment to upgrade our internet service continues to get cancelled. I can be very understanding but being lied to makes me sick! Long time AT&T customer since the launch of the iphone. Paid around $2 0 0 a month for all these years (12 years of service!) Just cancelled service from AT&T on Nov 18, 2019. At&T tells me they have changed their policy and do not allow pro-rating of bills. So now having to pay from Nov 18-Dec 1 when I didn't even have service.
