Jul 01, 2016 · The Rep who signed me up told me that it’s better to get my internet and home phone service threw a device called “The AT&T HomeBase” for wireless home phone & Internet that comes from the cell towers. She says it’s better than get a phone with a landline & better that getting Internet threw Fiber-optics. This was definitely wrong Divice.

Long time AT&T customer since the launch of the iphone. Paid around $2 0 0 a month for all these years (12 years of service!) Just cancelled service from AT&T on Nov 18, 2019. At&T tells me they have changed their policy and do not allow pro-rating of bills. So now having to pay from Nov 18-Dec 1 when I didn't even have service.

Jul 19, 2016 · The AT&T Wireless Home Phone works very well. I went to a local AT&T store to do all of the wireless account setup, particularly since I was transferring my existing home phone number. I believe this is much easier in the long run than attempting to do this process over the phone with AT&T customer service.4/5
