Jul 01, 2016 · The Rep who signed me up told me that it’s better to get my internet and home phone service threw a device called “The AT&T HomeBase” for wireless home phone & Internet that comes from the cell towers. She says it’s better than get a phone with a landline & better that getting Internet threw Fiber-optics. This was definitely wrong Divice.

Long time AT&T customer since the launch of the iphone. Paid around $2 0 0 a month for all these years (12 years of service!) Just cancelled service from AT&T on Nov 18, 2019. At&T tells me they have changed their policy and do not allow pro-rating of bills. So now having to pay from Nov 18-Dec 1 when I didn't even have service.

Oct 02, 2017 · The first technician that came out managed to not only knock out the home phone service which I had with AT&T but also failed to get my Internet working. And after leaving me with no home phone and no internet they didn't bother to send out another technician to finish the installation. I had to call and set up another appointment.
