ATT customer service is terrible. I had been with ATT for many years and had to tolerate terrible customer service because I had no other options in my area that provided unlimited data. Since then other companies have it. That’s when I happily switched. Many reasons. Staff totally untrained, they tell you anything and don’t follow through.

Also the menu that they just put in is really hard to read and navigate through. I will be calling customer service and making my complaints known.
