    The Complaints and Ethics processes operate through regulations approved by the AusIMM Board. The Complaints Committee investigates each complaint received. If the Complaints Committee determines that a significant breach of the Code of Ethics may have occurred, the complaint will be referred to the Ethics Committee for review.
