Company is struggling. Focused too much on bringing on new representatives to off set the masses leaving. May 19, 2016 · No changes have been made to make the business turn around. It's not attractive to join Avon as an Independent Sales Representative and the direct selling competition has a much more earnings opportunity then Avon. There's too many chiefs and not enough Indians.
